As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gail may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Gilmore and Lillian Gilmore (Ahearn); her brother Michael Gilmore (Margie); and her former husband Frank Kemp. She is survived by: her son Terrance Kemp (Lynne); her granddaughters, Rachel Kemp and Jessica Kemp; and her cousin Edward Ahearn (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home (69 Court St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Church (4919 S Catherine St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
