He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Menard and Adele Menard (Arquette); his siblings, Clarence Menard, Leonard Manor (Doris), Joseph Menard, Theresa Lavoie (Raymond) and Bertha Menard; and his brothers-in-law, Donald McDonald and Jerry Miner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cecile McDonald, Rita Miner, Sr., Elizabeth Menard, Gloria Menard, Catherine Frederick (Jerry), Regina Stansbury (John), Jeanne Menard, Roland Menard and Arthur Menard (Norma). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to St. Ann's Church, Mooers Forks, New York.
