With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn E. Scroggins (Plattsburgh, New York), who passed away on April 3, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Earl Scroggins; his stepfather Archibald Jones; his siblings, Martin Scroggins and Susan Scroggins; and his nephew Martin Scroggins.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Scroggins (Breyette); his significant other Debbie Napper; his daughter Charlena Lechuga (Sinai); his grandchildren, Noah, Rocco, Alondra and Santiago Lechuga; his friend Kevin Jessey; his nephews, Dylan Latour and Alexander Owens; and his niece Kristin Burnell. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Glenn's memory may be made to his grandchildren's education fund.
