She was predeceased by: her mother Hattie G. Carnahan (Goss). She is survived by: her father Raymond G. Carnahan; her husband Stephen Cadigan; her children, Tiffany Clay (Bill), Stephen R. Cadigan (Kaley) and Sean Cadigan (Adrienne); her grandchildren, Dylan, Peyton, Esther and Atlas; and her siblings, Raymie Carnahan, Rick Carnahan and Timothy Carnahan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
