He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hay and Florence Hay; and his brother John Robert Hay. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hay; his sons, Clifford Hay (Sandy) and Kenneth Hay; his grandchildren, Brittany Hay, Julie Chauvin and Codie Hay; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Kayden and Aspen; and his siblings, Frank Hay, William Hay and Marie Varno. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (114 Cornelia St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
