Jean M. Hewitt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2024, at the age of 89, Jean M. Hewitt of Plattsburgh, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Philip Roberts and Margaret Roberts (Leary); her husband Roland R. Hewitt; and her sister Patricia Kelton Wilson. She is survived by : her children, Elizabeth Hewitt, Charlie Hewitt (Jean) and Philip Hewitt (Martha); her grandchildren, Christy Hewitt, Courtney Hewitt and Alexis Hewitt Medici (Brad); her great grandchild Carmelina Jean; her granddaughter Anna Hewitt-Channell (Brady); and her great grandchildren, Elliott Todd and James Philip. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's name can be made to the United Methodist Church of Plattsburgh or the Interfaith Food Shelf.
