With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Patnode of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on November 3, 2025 at the age of 63. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joanne Patnode to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Philip Smith and Patricia Smith (Timmins); her children, Stephen Bickford, Cameron Patnode (Angela) and Siobhan Patnode; her grandson Theodore Patnode; her sister BeBe Bickford (Randy); her nephews, Danny Bickford (Lea) and RJ Bickford; her sister-in-law Okyo Sthair (Vince); her sibling's children, Jayson and Christina; her brothers-in-law, Scott, Eddy and Matthew Patnode; and her husband Mark E. Patnode. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home (69 Court St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (30 Steltzer Rd, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A reception was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the American Legion Post 1619 (219 Rand Hill Rd, Morrisonville, NY 12962).
