With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Miller (Plattsburgh, New York), who passed away on October 28, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Miller and Anna Miller; his in-laws, William and Evelyn DuBrey; and his brother-in-law Gerald DuBrey.
He is survived by: his spouse Lynn DuBrey; his sisters, Debra Howard of Morrisonville and Janet Miller of Plattsburgh; and his siblings-in-law, William DuBrey (Alicia Dickerson), Darlene Martell (Don), Noreen Miller (Don McQueen), Cindy Mills (Mike) and Vicki Decker (Steve). He is also survived by the many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in Joe's memory be made to the Disabled American Veterans or the American Cancer Society.
