He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Blair and Flora Blair (Reil); his siblings, Shirley Clos, Dale Druckenmiller, Jean Snyder, Joanie Spooner, Roger Blair (Bill) and Robert Blair; his parents-in-law, Donald and Jane Facteau; and his brothers-in-law, Ed, Bruce Druckenmiller and Michael Facteau.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (Facteau); his daughter Kimberly Longtin (Travis) of Peru, NY; his grandson Joshua Longtin of Peru, NY; his siblings, Bernard Blair (Wanda) of Plattsburgh, NY and Evie Phelps (David) of Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Judy Blair of Keeseville, NY.
