She was predeceased by: her father Paul Covey; and her husband Harold Akey. She is survived by: her children, Jodie Cook (Jason), Jamie McDonald (Michael) and Tonya Turner; her stepsons, Harold Akey Jr. (Kristy) and Samuel Akey (Kayla); her grandchildren, Austin, Cooper, Andrew, Matthew, Brooklyn, Zachariah Alex, Kylie, Camron, Haley and Connor; her great grandchild Jaxson; her mother Jacqueline Stratemeyer (Stratemeyer); and her brother James Covey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
