It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret A Benchsky of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Benchskey and Gertrude Benchskey (Willette); and her brother Leonard Benchskey. She is survived by : her sons, John Light Jr. (Tammy Parsons-Cecil) and Samuel Light (Otto Gonyea); her grandson Adam Light; and her siblings, Barbara Stebbins and James Benchskey.
