She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Frenette (Snide) and Arthur Frenette; and her sibling's children, Shawn Watson and Aimee Frenette. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Frenette and Joan Koson; and her siblings' children, Heather Frenette, Michele Page and Michael Watson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home (69 Court St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (114 Cornelia St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dominican Sisters of Hope (299 N Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562).

Donations in Sr. Stephanie's memory may be made to North Country Mission of Hope or to the Dominican Sisters of Hope.
