Michael leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Michael’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Michael will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Hadden and Doris Hadden (Ashline). He is survived by: his wife Joan Hadden (White); and his son Richard Hadden.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home (294 Mannix Rd, Peru, NY 12972). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Peasleeville Cemetery (574 Peasleeville Rd, Schuyler Falls, NY 12985).
To celebrate Mickey's life and legacy, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be directed to the Elmore SPCA or the North Country Honor Flight.
