She is survived by: her husband Ron Newell; her children, Kelly Newell and Darrell Newell; her sisters, Denise Brown and Elisa LaValley; her siblings-in-law, Linda Rood, Carol VanHise (Ron), Robert Newell (Karen), Daniel Newell (Cheryl) and Mary LeClair (Carl); and her pet Tessa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the FitzPatrick Cancer Center at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital to help support patient care and services in our community.
