She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Cooper and Irene M. Cooper (Sibley); and her son Joel. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her sons, Mark (Robyn) and Eric (Joanne Lussier-Elmore); and her grandchildren, Jaciel Del Valle, Jordan Elmore, Ryan and Taryn Brady.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Joseph's Indian School in Chamberlain, South Dakota.
