She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. LaPier; her son Patrick LaPier; and her granddaughter Sara Beth LaPier. She is survived by: her children, Robert K. LaPier (Ellyn), David LaPier (Clare), Timothy LaPier (Monica), Thomas LaPier (Emily), Cynthia O'Neil (Dennis) and Karen Durocher; and her friend Linda Mills. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 24 great-granchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home (69 Court St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Olv Church (127 Beekman St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude, The Shriners, Animal Welfare Rescue or Elmore SPCA.
