She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cody and Genevieve Cody (Chamberlain); her husband Leo Sorel; her son Alan; her siblings, James, Frank, Louis and Mable; and her niece Sandy St. Germaine.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Sorel (Penny), Mary Martin (Charles) and Cindy Bailey (James); her sister Florence "Midget" Lecuyer; and her nephew Travis St. Germaine. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
