Richard J. Dandrow Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2025, at the age of 77, Richard J. Dandrow of Plattsburgh, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Dandrow and Marie Dandrow (Stay); and his grandson Nicholas Richard Gadbois. He is survived by: his wife Susan Garrow of Plattsburgh; his daughters, Keri LaMare (John) of Plattsburgh and Julie Dandrow (Scott Wright) of Florida; his grandchildren, Emily Gadbois (Daniel Moorhead), Hayden Reidy and Jack Reidy; and his siblings, Theodore Dandrow (Tonia), Mitchell Dandrow (Lee), Ella Favaro (Brent) and Nancy Dandrow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Plattsburgh (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (4705 S Catherine St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
Donations in Dicky's memory may be made to the Foundation of CVPH Medical Center.
