He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Johnson and Harmon Johnson; his brother Dan (Debra); and his nephews, Scott and Brenton Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his nephew Kristopher Johnson (Donna) of Charlotte, NC; his in-laws, Niki Lawliss (Russell) of Plattsburgh, NY, Connie Montinarello of Rochester, NY, Jeff LaChapelle (Melissa) of Pensacola, FL and Sue Carpenter of Plattsburgh, NY.; and his friend Tom Gale (Debi).
