He is survived by: his wife Susan Malkiewicz; his sons, Robert Carusone (Christine) and Daniel Carusone (Ildiko Bodor); his grandsons, Jacob and Luke; his stepson Brian Mally (Katelyn Derusha); his brother Richard Carusone (Shana); his nephews, R. J. Carusone (Daria), Salvatore and Todd Carusone; his niece Lana Aufiero; his brother-in-law John Malkiewicz (Theresa); his friends, Patti Manuli, Michael Mina and Jeanette Bearzi; his caregiver Kelsey Tetreault; Dianne Kappas.
