He is survived by: his wife Dawn Swangel Llewellyn; his sisters, Gloria Llewellyn and Brenda Smith (Harry) of Peru; his stepson Kealoha Gumahad of Arkansas; his mother-in-law Mary Limon of Kona, Hawaii; his nieces, Kayla Smith of Astoria, NY and Heather Lavigne (Josh) of Cadyville, NY; his nephew Brandon Smith (Carrie) of Plattsburgh, NY; his great-niece Sarah Lavigne; and his great-nephews, Wyatt Lavigne, Keegan Smith, Kalib Smith and Kayden Smith.
