He was predeceased by: his parents, George Collins and Anna Collins (Martineau); his former wife Laura Collins; his siblings, Floyd Collins, Tommy Collins and Cathy Wells; and his grandson Thomas Hendrie.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Collins; his children, Tammy Collins, Harold Hendrie, Bobbie Jo Hendrie (Shawn Darwin) and Jamie Hendrie; his grandchildren, Ashley, Alan, Kaely, William, Kimberly, Kaitlyn, Zach and Becca; and his siblings, Linda LaCroix, Nora Garrow and Ricky Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
