She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Wayne Richards, Richard Wells, Judy Wade, Donald and Janet Rabideau; and her father-in-law Rickford Blake.
She is survived by : her parents, Randy Wade and Terrie Wade (Richards); her sons, Jasper and Sawyer Blake; her husband Jebadiah Blake; her brother Joshua Wade (Jessica); her grandparents, Linda Wells, Orlan and Pamela Wade; her nephew Elias Wade; her mother-in-law Teri Blake; and her aunts, Billie Quinn and Jen Allen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in laws.
