He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Denenberg. He is survived by: his wife Claire Denenberg; his children, Karen Denenberg of Bennington and Adam Denenberg of Albany; his grandchildren, Matti Price (Lauren) of Granger, Tommy Price (Alice) of Hood River and Dayna Price of Brooklyn; his great grandchildren, Ava and Eleanor Price of Granger, Iowa; and his brother George Denenberg of Englewood. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the West Side Ballroom (253 New York Rd, Plattsburgh, NY 12903).
