We announce the death of Tina Harvey (Plattsburgh, New York), who passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 53. Tina will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rick, Sr. Harvey and Veronica Harvey (Blow); and her brother Harold "Joey" Harvey. She is survived by: her close friend Stephen C. Smith; her children, Donald Barber (Savanna), Shelby Mertn (Brandon Moran) and Madison Sovie; and her brother Rick Harvey, Jr. (Rebecca Duval).
Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
