He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Champine and Olive Curtis; his siblings, Margaret Christie and David DeLong; and his half-sister Joyce Champine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carisa Ann (Shawn Warren) and Kara Lyn; his grandchildren, Tyler Warren, Olivia Warren, Sophie Jacobson, Gavin Jacobson and Jace Jacobson; and his half-siblings, Cheryl Bean, Gary Champine, Verna Pratt, Linda O'Bara, Shelly Gresham and Sandy Hale.
