He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Loperena and Leonides Correa. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Loperena (Birdsell); and his children, William (MJ Guiffredo), Dorothy (William Buick) and Daniel Loperena (John Loperena). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 7 great, great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:30 PM to 12:00 PM at the Middle Patent Rural Cemetery (6 Bedford-Banksville Rd, Bedford, NY 10506).
