He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Robert Coy and Catherine Signor Coy; and his sister Patricia Ann Paterson. He is survived by: his wife Jacklyn A. Blasi; his daughter Paige; his son-in-law Justin Hogarth of Pleasant Valley; his grandson Hudson Douglas Hogarth; his brother Thomas; and his sister-in-law Jill Coy of Millbrook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in Doug's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
