He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Clark and Loretta Clark; his brother Daniel Clark (Mary Beth Clark); and his daughter-in-law Sarah Clark. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Clark (Mary), Patrick Clark and Andrew Clark; his grandchildren, Bryce Clark, McKenna Clark, Landon Clark, Madison Gaskins, Carter Affeldt and Connor Bjorklund; his niece Alyson Clark; and his nephews, Michael Shoemaker-Moyle, Richard Shoemaker-Moyle and Justin Clark.
