He is survived by: his wife Colleen Gail Carlisle-Nicholas; his mother Nancy Nicholas of Ooltewah, TN; his siblings, Brian J Nicholas (Michele) of Garden City, NY, Nancy Ann Kellogg (Chris) of Ooltewah, TN and Lisa Cardillo (Bob) of North Port, FL; his stepmother Linda Nicholas of Hopewell Jct; his stepsiblings, Deirdre Condon (Bill) of Wilmington, NC and Derek Kurtz (Jennifer) of Oradell, NJ; and his nephews, Michael J. Nicholas, Brian R. Nicholas (Antoinette E. Nicholas), Krys M. Kircher (Victoria L. Richeson) and Daniel J. Richeson.
