He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Keehan and James O'Connell; and his siblings, Bill and Rosita. He is survived by: his wife Catherine T. Lynn; and his daughters, Catherine Hopkins (John), Rosita McNamara (Thomas), Bernadette Chiarlitti (Anthony), Maureen Leak (Kevin), Patricia Hoxsie (Ronald) and Jamie O'Connell (Ronald Jendzejec).
