He was predeceased by : his father Thomas F. Mack. He is survived by : his mother Janet A. Lewis Mack; his wife Renee Dyer Mack; his daughters, Courtney Napolitano (Tory) and Brittney Mack (Tyler Schmidt); his grandchildren, Emma and Luke Napolitano; and his siblings, Cheryl Mack (Rick), McClure, John Mack (Erin), Maureen Rogers (Lance) and Thomas Mack (Darcy). He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew, grand niece and grand nephew.
