He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Hackett and Kathryn Angus Hackett; and his stepson Robert Dempsey. He is survived by : his wife Alice E. Sambrook Hackett; his children, Thomas Hackett of East Wakefield, NH and Lori Whitkens (David) of Brookfield, NH; his stepdaughters, Debbie Mohl (Stephen) and Barbara Plekan; his sister Karen Keegan (William); his grandchildren, Thomas, Taylor Hackett, Garrick Whitkens, Nicholas Mohl (Kelly), Andrew Ayotte and Cassie Little; his great grandchildren, Kelsey, Brooke and Caden Mohl; his niece Kathleen Griner; and his nephew Billy Keegan (Joanne).
