She is survived by : her husband Philip Bell Sr.; her children, Constance Vermillion (John), Samantha Bailey (Sean), Kayla Rogers (Stephen), William Whitfield and Philip Bell Jr. (Kallie); her stepfather William Wood; and her siblings, Denise Wells, Debra Wood and James T. Rucker Jr. (Kara). She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; and twenty-five great grandchildren.
