He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Tanner and Helen Davis Tanner; and his daughter Laura Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Tanner; his children, Rebecca Tanner, Mariah Dann and Carl Tanner (Lisa Montone); and his sister Darlene Kensinger. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
