He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Stowell and Josephine Bielawski Stowell; his wife Vonnie Arliss Stowell; and his son Brian F. Stowell. He is survived by : his daughter Jamie Washburn (Patrick); his grandchildren, Nicole Washburn, Allison Washburn, Brian K. Stowell and Carrie Whyte; and his siblings, Theresa Giles, Bernice Prosser, Arlene Wallace, John Stowell (Joyce), Joseph Stowell (Eileen), Leonard Stowell, Ronald Stowell (Marty) and Rita Bronson (Jay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
