He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smith and Shiela Kellogg Smith; his wife Brenda Keery Smith; and his children, Felicia Hayes and Eric Urwin.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Greynolds (Garry), Mallory Smith (Anthony), Kara Roe (Keith) and Michael Smith (Ashley); and his siblings, Mark Gilfus (Donna), Bret Smith (Marcia), Rick Smith, Randy Smith, Bart Smith (Vicky), Jeff Nedza (Kathy), Lewis Smith, Cathy Gloska (George) and Trixie Smith. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
