He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Hawuczyk and Mary Chalupa Hawuczyk; and his brother Harry W. Hawuczyk. He is survived by : his nephew Gregory Hawuczyk; and his nieces, Tetyana "Tanya" Drulyk (German) and Marika Ralph (Michael). He is also survived by two great nieces and two great nephews, and several cousins.
