Hackett II of Port Byron, NY; his grandchildren, Matt and Haley; his son Michael Shaffer (Priscilla) of Rutherfordton, NC; his grandchildren, Autumn and Simon; his siblings, Carolyn Robinson of Auburn, NY, Bonnie Gerehart of Elbridge, NY, Jacquelyn Blaisdell of Valentines and Dustin Tanner of Tampa, FL; and his stepmother Francis Hackett. He is also survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
