He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Brazak and Wanda Brazak (Fabian); his son Raymond William Brazak; and his niece Deborah Brazak Gearing. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Laura, Larraine, Timothy, Linda, Loretta, Lois, Thomas and Mitchell Raeon; the mother of his children Rebecca; his siblings, Robert, Theodore, Sandra and Carol; and his grandchildren, Magnolia, Abigail, Rachel, Amy and Matthew. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
