Robert E. Melvin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 93, Robert E. Melvin (Port Byron, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Melvin and Frances Melvin (Stone); his wives, Patricia, Phyllis and Helen; his son Dale Melvin; and his sister Clara Rose Thomas.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Stevens (Edward) of Pulaski, N. Y; and his stepchildren, Linda Coyle of Port Byron, N. Y., Penny Pavlis (Todd) of Baldwinsville, N. Y., Rae Heath (Kim) of Union Springs, N. Y., Patty Fontana (Larry) of Vero Beach and Scott Fuller (Tracy) of Melbourne. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Port Byron First United Methodist Church (8510 S Street Rd, Port Byron, NY 13140).
