She is survived by: her husband Melvin Richardson IV; her children, Jacqueline Johnson (Rob Bennett) and Melvin V Richardson (Chelsey); her siblings, Charles Cook (Candis), Ricky Cook, Bruce Cook, Tommy Cook (Gina), Gary Cook (Wendy), Diane Lofft, Jill Cook, Marylou Hodson and Cheryl Blackman (William); and her grandchildren, Gabriella Turo, Ellie Church, Melvin Richardson VI and Calvin Richardson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
