It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesus Lesley Arango of Port Chester, New York, who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurelio Arango and Mercedes Arboleda Arango; and his former wife Ofelia Atehortua. He is survived by: his wife Maria Quintanilla Arango; his children, Gladys Arango of Port Chester, NY., Wilmar Arango of Port Chester, NY., Luz Rendon of Port Chester, NY. and Sandra Arango of Port Chester, NY.; and his siblings, Franklin Arango of Port Chester, NY, Orlay Arango of Colombia, Belarmina Arango of Colombia, Girleza Arango of Colombia and Angelica Arango of Colombia. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Craft Memorial (40 Leicester St, Port Chester, NY 10573). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Parish of Saint John Bosco (260 Westchester Ave, Port Chester, NY 10573). A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Saint Mary's Cemetery (1 High St, Rye Brook, NY 10573).
