She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Haverly and Gladys Haverly. She is survived by: her husband Wayne C. Jacobs, Sr.; her children, Shay Bill (Nate), Wayne C. Jacobs, Jr. (Sandra) and Felecia Wagstaff (Eric); her grandchildren, Chelsea Jacobs, Shawn Kennedy, Jr., Kalaeb Wagstaff and Nasha Bill; and her sisters, Donna Edwards and Sharon Wagner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
