He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Statucki and Hazel V. McCarty Statucki; his wife Judy; the mother of his children Dolores "Mickey"; his daughter Lori Byrne; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Statucki and Carol Statucki.

He is survived by: his children, Vicki McBride Jr. (James), Donna Catchman (Bill), Allene Voreis (David) and Ty Rollins (Jeff); and his brothers, Roger, David (Marilyn) and Lawrence Statucki (Sue). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home, Inc. (123 W Main St, Palmyra, NY 14522).

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff and volunteers at Laurel House and ask that in lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Chuck's memory to Laurel House Comfort Care Home, 224 Fair St., Newark, NY 14513.
