She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Herbert and Constance Herbert; and her sister Laura. She is survived by: her husband Stephen; her daughter Allison Carroll; her granddaughter Audrey; and her siblings, Robert and Barbara.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mangano Family Funeral Home of Middle Island (640 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island, NY 11953). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
