With solemn reverence, we commemorate Michael R. Costanzo of Port Jefferson, New York, whose life came to an end on March 8, 2021 at the age of 86, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Costanzo and Mildred Alvino (Laguisa); his wife Virgilia "Virgie" (DeSantis); his children, Michele, Corinne, Ronald and Andrea; his brothers, Conrad and James; and his brother-in-law Eugene DeSantis.
Although the family of Dr. Costanzo appreciates your support, due to Covid restrictions and concerns, please know your thoughts/prayers/calls are presence enough. If you would like to attend in person, please wear a mask, keep your hands washed/sanitized, and respect others' space.
