He was predeceased by: his parents, William Graydon Clark and Catharine Hartswick Clark; his son William "Bill" D. Clark; his grandson Gary M. Clark, Jr.; and his son-in-law Charles Hammersmith.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Susan West, Virginia Hammersmith, David Clark (Sally), Gary Clark (Lori Mulick) and Kenneth Clark (Cindy); and his sister Sylvia Holtein. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren.
