He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Curtis and Eileen Nolan; and his son-in-law Patrick Welch. He is survived by: his daughter Cayla Welch-Miller (Dillan); his grandchildren, Gabriel Welch, Sonja Welch and Isla Miller; his pet Raina; Mary Beth Forbes.
