Guy Michael Perkowski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2023, at the age of 54, Guy Michael Perkowski of Port Jervis, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa M. Perkowski, (DeMauex) and Gabriel V. Perkowski, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Perkowski (Lehn); his sons, Caleb and Ethan Perkowski; his brother Gabriel Perkowski, Jr. (Mayra); his nephew Zachary Perkowski (Kathleen); his sister-in-law Karin Lehn (Lynn Skinner); his father-in-law Robert Lehn (Pauline Schultz); and also Alaina. He is also survived by friends and family.

Guy touched everyone who met him with his big heart and his quiet nature and if you wish to honor his memory, please schedule regular medical and cancer screenings as well as consider organ donation.
